Bean Girl's Gluten Free Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 lb - Hamburger Meat (or Wagyu Beef)
  • 1/4 to 3/8 Cup - Scottish Oatmeal - Original Grind
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup - Finely Diced Yellow Onion
  • 1/2 Cup - Diced Green Bell Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp - Bean Girl's Thickener and Seasoning Mix - Regular or Donkey Mix
  • 1/4 Cup - BBQ Sauce (your preference) and then more to top the mix also to your preference

Directions:

Why is it Gluten Free? Most recipes call for bread crumbs (which we cannot have). We use out Scottish Oatmeal - Original Grind which gives the recipe a slightly sweet tinge to balance the spice we add. Just delicious!

Mix the ingredients together and then roughly shape to place in a baking pan (preferably and meat loaf pan which has a removable section so the grease bakes out of the mixture). Preheat the oven to 350F and then bake 45-50 minutes. Remove from the oven turn the heat off. Top with some BBQ sauce to your preference and place back in the oven for another 15 minutes. Remove and serve. You can keep any leftovers for up to three days in the refrigerator in a sealed container. Reheat by oven or microwave. Enjoy!
