Two items: We use Vietnamese Cinnamon for a wonderful taste further enhanced by Madagascar Vanilla Powder which you can't taste but it enhance the flavor of the Oat Flour and Cinnamon. The pancakes on our recipe page call for vanilla extract but we've found that the Vanilla Powder - specifically Madagascar Vanilla Powder - makes for an even more delicious offering. Each package contains 3 packs with each pack making 9-10 pancakes sized about 5-6 inches in diameter for a wonderful breakfast or late night surprise. We even offer a Plant Based or Vegan option using Arrowroot and warm water to replace the egg. Enjoy!
